A spicy cake loaded with carrots, walnuts and raisins, it’s layered & topped with cream cheese mascarpone frosting. This cake is open sided, sweetly displaying each layer of cake and icing.
Most cakes are best served at or approaching room temperature. Allow 3-4 hrs for a 6″ buttercream cake.
We will keep them chilled for ease of transport, but when given time out of the fridge, the flavors are able to meld and the icing has a chance to soften to its ideal creamy texture.
