Baker & Spice started as a farmers market stall at the downtown Portland Farmers Market in 1998. We devoted ourselves to offering personal service to our clients and only quality products based on seasonal local ingredients. Due to the success of our market days, we opened our retail store in January of 2005. We continue to devote ourselves to providing outstanding service and producing top-quality products featuring local ingredients. We don’t take shortcuts here, and it shows in our product and our ever-returning customer base. We would love to have you join our team!
